WinPcap 4.0 Released

WinPcap 4.0 has been released. It adds support for Vista x64, removes
Windows 95/98/ME support, and adds many improvements. You can get it
from the official
WinPcap download page.
原來針對 Wireless 也有了 AirPcap，不過這個是要$$的 :-(
